Be heard by your team, your peers, and your leaders.
One-on-one coaching for people who want to communicate better and be seen as ready for the next level. You don't need a leadership title to start.
Down To your team
Across To your peers
Up To managers and the C-suite
Sound familiar?
Your ideas get overlooked in meetings, even when they're good.
You know what you mean, and it comes out less clear than you hoped.
Your team nods, then does something different.
You want to be seen as ready for the next level, and you're not sure how you come across.
You don't have a leadership title, and you still need people to listen.
You don't need to be louder. You need to be clearer.
Three directions, one skill
Each audience needs something different from you. We work on the ones that matter most for your next step.
Down
To your team
Give direction people follow, so expectations are clear and your team knows what to do next.
Across
To your peers
Get other teams on board, share your ideas, and handle disagreement without losing the relationship.
Up
To managers and the C-suite
Make your case in a way senior people can act on, and be seen as ready for more.
How coaching works
One on one, built the way I built college courses.
Set a clear goal
We decide what you want to change, in a situation that matters to you.
Practice on real situations
Your actual meetings, conversations, and presentations, not made-up exercises.
Get honest feedback
Specific, useful, and direct, so you know what to keep and what to change.
See what changed
We check the results against the goal, so you know it worked.

Who this is for
Managers, employees, and professionals who want to communicate more clearly and persuasively, whether or not they lead a team.
About your coach
I hold a Ph.D. in communication. I've taught college students since 2005, including nearly a decade as an assistant professor. I design coaching with clear goals, real practice, honest feedback, and proof that it worked.
Investment
I share details after a short conversation. Some employers cover coaching through professional development budgets, and some people pay personally.

Do I need to be a manager?

Can my employer pay for this?
Yes. Some employers cover coaching, and some people pay personally.
Do I need to be comfortable speaking already?
No. Many clients start nervous.
Start with a conversation.
Tell me what you're working on. We'll talk for 20 minutes and see if coaching is a good fit.
